The new division chief of the Army鈥檚 Substance Abuse Program says relationships are key to providing the effective partnerships 鈥渢o serve as a welcoming red carpet to people in need.鈥�

Wanda Gilbert, a graduate of 蜜桃视频 A&M University鈥檚 Master of Social Work program was featured for her role as substance abuse manager at Redstone Arsenal.

鈥淚t is all about connections and relationships,鈥� Gilbert said to reporter Rebecca Sallee of the Redstone Rocket. 鈥淲e all have that same common goal, pushing wellness and resiliency and advocating for people.鈥�
